Ed's Electric Kayak Fishing Trip
An Outer Banks native, Ed has been active in the fishing community most of his life. He spent many hours pier fishing with his dad as a kid growing up in South Nags Head. As he became a seasoned waterman and angler, Ed branched out into beach fishing, kayak fishing and now, fly fishing. Ed has fished across the country, from the east to the west coast. His depth of experience and knowledge of the Outer Banks makes him an excellent fly fishing guide. When he’s not on the water, you'll find Ed hanging with Ella, his rescue pup, or playing bass in a handful of local bands.
We run our trips on the Bonafide SS127 electric kayak equipped with a Torqeedo motor. These are the real deal. They enable us to get to waters where few others can go, which improves our chances of catching fish and keeps us from being crowded or too tired from paddling.
